Yoga in Climacteric

Women live different rites of passage during our lives,There are women living the so-called "menopause" producing differentsymptoms ranging from hot flashes and increased stress tosleep disturbances, memory loss, irritability...However, it is possible to advance towards the climacteric where the womanhas the possibility of positioning itself as wise.To adequately accompany the climacteric, the constant practice of yoga is recommended as a method of harmonization.

When women who practice yoga regularly experience theirbenefits and delve into a healthy lifestyle whileprevent diseases related to oxidative stress andaging.

In addition, integrating yoga into the life of women in climacteric is a way to continue to induce an improvement in bone mineral density; itwhich is highly important at this time and increases ourquality of life.

Through practice, we manage a significant decrease in body weight and cholesterol level while generating mental calm andinner peace.

The ancient science of Yoga is practicedmillennially. Its origin is in India havingevidence that its first known manifestations date frombetween 10,000 and 5,000 B.C. c.

Yoga aims to generate and strengthen the reconnection with the beingand with the Original Source establishing a practice based onpostures, conscious breathing and meditation. Also, little by little,yogic philosophy is being integrated, promoting a healthy andbalanced, along with high thinking.

Currently, yoga is practiced by millions of people around the world.any age because it providesa balance between mind and bodywhile managing growthspiritual.

The continuous yogic practice is an antidote to face the imbalance factors of contemporary society,eradicating levels of anxiety, stress and variousassociated imbalances.

There are so many benefits that yoga provides that it would be practically difficult to list them all. The essence is that it is a scienceholistic, for this reason excellent improvements are produced on a physical level,emotional, mental and spiritual.

As we continue with ouryogic practice, people achievea deep well-being.

We will detail some of its multiple benefits:

Methodology

Personalized, virtual yoga dedicated to the climacteric

Our yoga meetings are absolutely personalized.

Ideally, there should be a maximum of 1 to 3people, as long as they are in the same riteby the way.

From the Premadham Premacultura School, a personalized monthly plan is generated with a specific purpose;which is done through Âsanas (postures), prāṇāyāma(conscious breathing exercises) and meditation. Also,

week by week the philosophy of yoga is addressed through

Patañjali's Yoga-sūtra and the different dynamics of interiorization.

Classes are virtual, through the platformzoom, and generate a

once a week according to the schedule.

I knowrecommends that, duringthe week, the woman exercises

practice to create ahealthy habit andencourage flexibility and

inner growth.

Material

The intern, in addition to the weekly virtual class, receives:

-The detailed monthly plan where the asanas are established.

-Prāṇāyāma exercises according to the Âsanas and the monthly purpose.

-Four guided meditations (one per week).

-Four Yoga-sūtra (one weekly) to address Philosophy.

-Continuous support with the instructor.
